Cultural Booth Registration Form

Please make sure you have a Jar with a sign showing the name of your Church/Charity/Non Profit organisation and also showing Gold Coin Donation. All proceeds collected will belong to you and your organisation.

There may be multiple groups wanting the same island, we will send an email around May 2026 confirming if your Charity/Church/Non Profit organisation will be running this booth. To make your booth more competitive you can mention things you might share during the booth eg stories, how to open a coconut, teaching people a short dance or playing a video through an ipad.

Dancer Registration Form

 The South Pacific Group Dance competition "May the Best South Pacific Island Win" requires a $5 Registration fee for each dancer and this fee is not due until 18th of June 2026. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd Dance Group Prizes will not be confirmed until May 2026, when we find out the outcome of our Medium Grant submission to our local council.


The Dancers will need to exit the hall area after their item is scored by a panel of 4 judges but all dancers can be in the foyer area until they announce the winners. The dance competition will only take 1-2 hours at the most from 7pm - 8:30pm is the goal. There is an allocated room for the dancers to change, however everyone will be using this room so please take care of your belongings and store them in your car when not in use.


If our grant is not approved and we are very prayerful and hopeful this is not the case, but if not, we will than be hosting a South Pacific Siva with a DJ and a few performances from paid local South Pacific dance groups.

FOOD STALL FORM:

We only have 10 food stall tables available, therefore the maximum amount of tables per Charity/Church/Non Profit organisation will be 2 tables. Each table will cost $10. Therefore maximum cost per group would be $20. These tables will be in the Foyer area, no entry fee required in this area only. Please advise patrons of the local bathrooms available outside in Park and Recreational area for use if needed. Please put a sign on your Food stall showing the organisation your supporting.


*****All proceeds sold from these stalls from 5pm - 10pm will be kept by the Charity/Church/Non profit organisation selling the goods. We only ask that you please share with us the numbers as we have to report how profitable this event was to our local city council. We will collect that information in person on the day******
