Vision
Our vision is a fair, inclusive and prosperous Victorian workforce where South Pacific and culturally diverse communities have equal access to meaningful employment, economic participation, and career progression. We as a non profit multicultural organisation want to partner with government agencies, local councils, training organisations, community groups, and other stakeholders to deliver effective employment and workforce programs and to reduce barriers to workforce participation, including language, cultural adjustment, lack of local experience, qualification recognition, and discrimination.

South Pacific Employment Central Inc is a non profit organisation we exist to improve employment outcomes for South Pacific and culturally and linguistically diverse communities in Victoria by delivering culturally responsive employment services, strengthening employer partnerships, and supporting sustainable workforce participation through education, mentoring, and advocacy.​
